These Terms govern the use of all AMEDLA Services, including websites, educational platforms, live streams, in-person and virtual events, and any other current or future services.
The Association may modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Services after such publication constitutes tacit acceptance of the changes.
Your account is for personal and non-transferable use only. Sharing access credentials is strictly prohibited. If AMEDLA detects shared use or simultaneous access from different locations, it reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account immediately, permanently, and without the right to a refund.
All content on the AMEDLA Services is the exclusive property of the Association or its licensors. You agree NOT to:

Medical and Professional Disclaimer: The educational content is designed for professional development. AMEDLA assumes no responsibility for the clinical, diagnostic, or surgical application that users may make based on such content. The user is solely responsible for their professional decisions.
AMEDLA’s educational programs (diplomas, courses, workshops, webinars, etc.) are considered continuing education and professional development and do carry curricular value under the terms established by the Association.
The Association does not offer medical or dental specialties, nor programs with the academic weight of a bachelor’s, specialty, master’s, or doctoral degree. The Association does not hold RVOE granted by the Mexican Ministry of Education (SEP).
By attending in-person or virtual events organized by AMEDLA (including webinars, congresses, galas, workshops, and any other activity), the User grants the Association a free, non-exclusive license to capture, use, reproduce, and disseminate their image and voice for documentary, promotional, institutional, and communication purposes on social media and other materials.
You expressly waive the right to participate in any class action or collective lawsuit against AMEDLA. Any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis.
For the interpretation and compliance with these Terms, the parties submit to the laws of the United Mexican States and the jurisdiction of the courts of Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico.
